The Sandover prospect hosts over 46 km of Tertiary Calcrete on the edge of the Arunta Block. The width varies from 1 4km. It is poorly tested with only 9 shallow air core holes on the edges. Small, low amplitude airborne uranium anomalies occur within the calcrete. The calcrete sequence occurs close to hot basement granitic rocks and interpreted structures. The prospect has been joint ventured with Broken Range NL, who can acquire 50% by spending $80,000 over the next two years. It is planned to drill the calcrete targets in 2008.
